Avocado, ginger & turmeric shake

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 ⅓ cups full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • ¾ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 lemon
  • 8 drops liquid stevia

Steps

  1. Peel avocado and spoon flesh into a blender. Add full-fat coconut milk , milk , ginger , turmeric and 2 tsp lemon juice. Blend on low until smooth.

  2. Add a handful of ice ice and blend on high until creamy. Add stevia 1 drop at a time, to taste, blending and tasting in between to determine your preferred level of sweetness.

  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
