Avocado, ginger & turmeric shake

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 ⅓ cups full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 ⅔ cups milk
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • ¾ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 lemon
  • 8 drops stevia extract


  1. Peel avocado and spoon flesh into a blender. Add full-fat coconut milk, milk, ginger, turmeric, 2 tsp lemon juice (or more to taste), and a small pinch of salt. Blend on low until smooth.

  2. Add a handful of ice and blend on high until creamy. Add stevia extract 1 drop at a time, to taste, blending and tasting in between to determine your preferred level of sweetness.

  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
