- 12 oz rotisserie chicken
- 3 cups broccoli
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ lemon
- 1 ½ tsp curry powder
- 4 oz monterey jack cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a large baking dish. Shred rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Bring a pot of water to boil. Cut broccoli into florets; when water is boiling, add broccoli and blanch 2 minutes, then drain.

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 tbsp lemon juice, the curry powder, salt and pepper. Stir in 2 oz shredded jack cheese.

Step 4
Layer rotisserie chicken and broccoli in the prepared baking dish. Spread cheese mixture over the top and gently stir together. Sprinkle with remaining 2 oz shredded jack cheese.
