Cocoa-dusted almonds

  • 1 ½ cups almonds
  • 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp erythritol


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Spread almonds on a baking sheet in an even layer. Roast 20 minutes, until toasted.

  2. In a bowl, combine warm almonds, cocoa powder and erythritol. Stir to coat, then return to the tray and spread in a single layer. Let cool completely.
