Sugar-free coconut macadamia granola

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups coconut flakes
- ¾ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¾ cup almonds
- ⅓ cup macadamia nuts
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 cups greek yogurt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, almonds, macadamia nuts, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Drizzle with melted coconut oil and toss to coat.

Line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread granola mixture on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning.

Let cool completely and store in an airtight container at room temperature. Enjoy over greek yogurt.
