Ingredients
- ½ cup cashews
- 1 oz dark chocolate
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Steps

Soak cashews in a bowl of water overnight.

Place all ingredients except dark chocolate into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into individual ramekins or mugs. Transfer to the fridge until set, at least 10 minutes.

Garnish with chopped dark chocolate.
