Quinoa banana bowl with almond butter drizzle

  • ⅓ cup almond butter
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 1 ⅓ cups almond milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup pre-cooked quinoa


  1. In a blender, combine almond butter, date, almond milk, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. (It will be thin.)

  2. Peel and slice banana into bite-size pieces. Toss in a bowl with pre-cooked quinoa. Drizzle with almond butter sauce and enjoy.
