Strawberry pomegranate & coconut smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups strawberries
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 ⅓ cups orange juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp pomegranate molasses

Steps

  1. Hull strawberries. Combine in a blender with rolled oats, cashews, chia seeds, coconut milk, orange juice and pomegranate molasses. Blend until smooth. (If you want the smoothie a bit thicker, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.)

  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
