Ingredients
- 3 cups strawberries
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup cashews
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup canned coconut milk (lite)
- 1 ⅓ cups orange juice
- 1 ½ tbsp pomegranate molasses
Steps

Hull strawberries. Combine in a blender with rolled oats, cashews, chia seeds, coconut milk, orange juice and pomegranate molasses. Blend until smooth. (If you want the smoothie a bit thicker, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.)
