Orange & coconut yogurt parfait

  • 2 oranges
  • 4 cups greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp marmalade
  • ½ cup coconut flakes


  1. Peel orange and cut into small segments, removing seeds if necessary.

  2. In a bowl or glass for each person, layer greek yogurt, marmalade, orange segments and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
