Makes: four servings
Ingredients
- 1 ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cups brown rice (pre-cooked)
- 12 oz precooked chicken pieces
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 lb frozen vegetables, asian mix
- 4 eggs
Steps

In a skillet over high heat, add sesame oil and heat until shimmering.

Add rice, chicken, soy sauce and mixed vegetables and cook, tossing occasionally, until hot throughout, about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk egg until light yellow. Slowly drizzle egg into skillet, stirring constantly until egg is fully cooked.
