Quick chicken fried rice

  • 1 ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cups brown rice (pre-cooked)
  • 12 oz precooked chicken pieces
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 lb frozen vegetables, asian mix
  • 4 eggs


  1. In a skillet over high heat, add sesame oil and heat until shimmering.

  2. Add rice, chicken, soy sauce and mixed vegetables and cook, tossing occasionally, until hot throughout, about 5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk egg until light yellow. Slowly drizzle egg into skillet, stirring constantly until egg is fully cooked.

  4. Enjoy!
