Raspberry sherbet chia pudding

  • 4 pitted dates
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ⅓ cups milk
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds


    The night before:

  1. Place dates and vanilla extract in blender. Add milk in a slow stream with the motor running, blending until smooth.

  2. Add raspberries and continue to blend until smooth.

  3. Stir in chia seeds. Transfer mixture to a jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
