- 8 pitted dates
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups raspberries
- ½ cup chia seeds

The night before:

Place dates and vanilla extract in blender. Add milk in a slow stream with the motor running, blending until smooth.

Add raspberries and continue to blend until smooth.

Stir in chia seeds. Transfer mixture to a jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
