Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli
- ¼ red onion
- 4 bacon strips
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 drops stevia extract
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds, shelled
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 ½ tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop red onion.

Cook bacon until crispy and set aside on a paper towel.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, stevia extract (optional) and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine, then add broccoli, red onion, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and shredded cheddar. Toss until evenly coated.
