Jalapeño poppers with veggie bacon
- 8 jalapeno peppers
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 8 turkey bacon slices
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Slice jalapeno pepper in half, remove seeds, and fill with cream cheese.
Cut turkey bacon in half lengthwise. Wrap one half slice around each stuffed jalapeno pepper. Tuck in the ends under the center wrap or secure with a toothpick.
Place jalapeno pepper on parchment-lined or lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 min until jalapeno pepper is fully cooked and crisp.
