- 2 tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- 4 whole grain wrap - 10" sizes
- 2 cups lettuce

Step 1
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Dice tomato. Thinly slice red onion.

In a small bowl, mix chickpeas with barbecue sauce and hemp seeds; mash lightly with the back of a fork.
