• 1 cup rolled oats
• ¾ cup almond flour
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• ¼ cup milk
• ¼ cup light brown sugar (packed)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ⅓ cup chocolate chips

Directions

• Step 1

  In a food processor, pulse rolled oats, almond flour and sugar together until they resemble flour.

  In a large bowl, combine coconut oil (melted), milk, light brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in oat mixture and a pinch of salt. Fold in chocolate chips.

  Line a baking sheet with parchment. Add dough on top and press into a 1/2-inch thick square. Chill 10 minutes.
