- 3 ½ tbsp butter
- 12 oz shrimp
- 1 ½ tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 8 cups spinach
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sliced almonds

Step 1
In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic and cook until shrimp turn pink, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Finely chop parsley and sprinkle on top.

Step 2
Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Combine in a salad bowl with spinach. Top with shrimp.
