Avocado, ginger & turmeric shake
- 2 avocados
- 1 ⅓ cups full-fat coconut milk
- 2 ⅔ cups milk
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- ¾ tsp ground turmeric
- 1 lemon
- 8 drops stevia extract
Peel avocado and spoon flesh into a blender. Add full-fat coconut milk, milk, ginger, turmeric, 2 tsp lemon juice (or more to taste), and a small pinch of salt. Blend on low until smooth.
Add a handful of ice and blend on high until creamy. Add stevia extract 1 drop at a time, to taste, blending and tasting in between to determine your preferred level of sweetness.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
