- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 5 drops stevia extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt coconut oil. Combine almond flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Stir in melted coconut oil until moistened.

In a small bowl, combine milk, vanilla and stevia extract. Add wet ingredients to the almond mixture. Stir to combine thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips.

Step 4
Form dough into 12 balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with your hand. Bake 10 minutes, or until beginning to brown at the edges.

Let cool 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
