Mediterranean artichoke and sun-dried tomato pita pizza

  • 2 cups artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 pita breads
  • 2 cups olive hummus
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 ½ tbsp chopped oregano


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes.

  2. Slice pita bread lengthwise into two rounds and place on a baking sheet. Spread olive hummus on top of each round, sprinkle with nutritional yeast and then add artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes. Drizzle olive oil over the top.

  3. Bake 6 to 8 minutes, until pita bread is crisp. Season with oregano leaves.
