Pear, ginger and almond yogurt parfait
- 2 pears
- 3 cups greek yogurt
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ cup sliced almonds
Peel, core and dice pear into small cubes.
Add pear and greek yogurt to a bowl and mix with ginger and, optionally, a drizzle of honey .
Top with sliced almonds .
