Pear, ginger and almond yogurt parfait

  • 2 pears
  • 4 cups greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ cup sliced almonds


  1. Peel, core and dice pear into small cubes.

  2. Add pear and greek yogurt to a bowl and mix with ginger and, optionally, a drizzle of honey.

  3. Top with sliced almonds.
