Ingredients
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsp fish sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp minced ginger
- 1 ¼ lbs new york strip steak, sliced into strips
- 1 cucumber
- 4 green onions
- ¾ lime
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 4 cups lettuce
- 1 ½ tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ cup fresh cilantro

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp olive oil, the fish sauce and ginger. Add strip steak and refrigerate 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, dice cucumber. Thinly slice green onion. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining 4 tbsp olive oil, 4 tsp lime juice, the mustard and the sesame oil; season with salt and pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove strip steak from the bowl and pat dry. Add to the skillet and cook 2 minutes on each side, or until done to your preference. Add green onion and cook 1 minute more.

In a bowl, combine lettuce and cucumber; drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Top with steak and sprinkle with cilantro.
