Chocolate walnut bites

  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 6 oz dark chocolate


  1. Line a 6-cup muffin tin with paper liners. Finely chop walnuts.

  2. Chop chocolate and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until just melted.

  3. Spoon melted chocolate into cupcake liners. Sprinkle each with walnuts and pumpkin seeds, plus a few grains of sea salt if you'd like.

  4. Refrigerate until hardened, about 10 minutes. Enjoy 2 chocolate bites per serving.
