Protein-boost oatmeal with mixed berries
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 ⅔ cups milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 ⅓ cups mixed berries
Crack egg into a saucepan; whisk until even in color. Add rolled oats, milk, vanilla and 2 cup water; mix to combine.
Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 5 minutes, or until creamy.
Divide into bowls and top with mixed berries.
