Protein-boost oatmeal with mixed berries

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 ⅔ cups milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ⅓ cups mixed berries


  1. Crack egg into a saucepan; whisk until even in color. Add rolled oats, milk, vanilla and 2 cup water; mix to combine.

  2. Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 5 minutes, or until creamy.

  3. Divide into bowls and top with mixed berries.
