Turmeric scrambled eggs
- 8 eggs
- ½ cup cream
- 1 ¾ tsp ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp olive oil
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, turmeric and a generous pinch of black pepper until even in color.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. When hot, add egg mixture and cook 3 minutes, stirring regularly, until eggs are set but still slightly moist.
Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
