In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, turmeric and a generous pinch of black pepper until even in color.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. When hot, add egg mixture and cook 3 minutes, stirring regularly, until eggs are set but still slightly moist.

Tip
The main active ingredient in turmeric, curcumin, has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant. Adding a pinch of black pepper helps activate it!
