Turmeric scrambled eggs

  • 8 eggs
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 ¾ tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, turmeric and a generous pinch of black pepper until even in color.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. When hot, add egg mixture and cook 3 minutes, stirring regularly, until eggs are set but still slightly moist.

  3. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
