- 3 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- ⅔ cup almond butter

To do ahead:

Step 1
Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment.

Break dark chocolate into pieces and place in a blender or food processor. Add macadamia nuts and pulse until finely chopped. Pour into a bowl and stir in almond butter.

Spread mixture into the prepared baking pan. Smooth into an even layer, Freeze 2 hours, up to overnight.

At snack time:

Lift parchment to remove the bars from the pan. Thaw bars 5 minutes, then cut into 12 squares.

Enjoy 1 square per serving, or freeze individual squares for future snacking.
