Bacon ranch turkey wrap

Ingredients

  • 8 bacon strips
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ red onion
  • 4 whole grain wrap - 10" sizes
  • 8 oz turkey sandwich meat
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • ½ cup ranch

Steps

    To do ahead:

  1. Place bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook, flipping occasionally until crispy, about 8 minutes. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.

  2. At lunchtime:

  3. Dice bacon. Thinly slice tomato and red onion.

  4. Lay wrap flat and layer with bacon, turkey, red onion, shredded cheddar, tomato and lettuce. Drizzle with ranch. Roll up like a burrito and enjoy!
