Ingredients
- 6 pitted dates
- ¾ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¾ cup almond butter
- ½ tbsp coconut oil

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a food processor until well combined. (Add a little extra coconut oil if very crumbly.) Place batter in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Form batter into 16 1-inch balls. Enjoy 2 bites per serving, or store in the fridge for future snacking.
