- 1 cup flour
- ⅔ cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ⅓ cup canola oil
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, baking soda, allspice and a pinch of salt. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, canola oil, sugar and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
