Prosciutto-wrapped string cheese
- 4 oz string cheese
- 4 oz prosciutto
- 1 ½ tbsp butter
- ½ cup tomato pasta sauce
Wrap string cheese in a slice of prosciutto, making sure to cover all the cheese and the ends.
Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add string cheese sticks and cook 3 to 4 minutes, until browned and slightly crisped. Remove from heat.
Enjoy with tomato sauce for dipping.
