Prosciutto-wrapped string cheese

  • 4 oz string cheese
  • 4 oz prosciutto
  • 1 ½ tbsp butter
  • ½ cup tomato pasta sauce


  1. Wrap string cheese in a slice of prosciutto, making sure to cover all the cheese and the ends.

  2. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add string cheese sticks and cook 3 to 4 minutes, until browned and slightly crisped. Remove from heat.

  3. Enjoy with tomato sauce for dipping.
