Bento with salami, mozzarella, basil and olives

  • ½ cup fresh basil
  • 8 oz mozzarella
  • 8 oz salami
  • 1 lb sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup assorted olives


  1. Thinly slice basil and sprinkle over mozzarella with a pinch of salt and pepper. Enjoy with salami, bell peppers and olives.
