- 2 avocados
- 1 cup kale
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup dairy-free yogurt
- ½ cup protein powder
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds

Step 1
Cut avocado in half and scoop out the flesh. Add to a blender, along with kale, banana, yogurt, protein powder and milk. Blitz until smooth, adding water a little at a time if needed, then pour into bowls.
