Avocado smoothie bowls with pomegranate

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup kale
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • 3 cups milk
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds

Steps

  1. Cut avocado in half and scoop out the flesh. Add to a blender, along with kale, banana, yogurt, protein powder and milk. Blitz until smooth, then pour into bowls.

  2. Top with pomegranate seeds.
