Overnight muesli with pomegranate and & almonds

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 2 ½ cups greek yogurt
  • 1 ¼ cups pomegranate seeds
  • ⅔ cup sliced almonds

Steps

    The night before:

  1. Combine rolled oats, apple juice, and ⅔ cup water in a large bowl; cover and chill overnight.

  2. At breakfast time:

  3. Mix greek yogurt into soaked muesli. Divide mixture among bowls top with pomegranate seeds and sliced almonds.
