Overnight muesli with pomegranate and & almonds

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups apple juice
  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • ½ cup sliced almonds


    The night before:

  1. Combine rolled oats, apple juice, and ½ cup water in a large bowl; cover and chill overnight.

  2. At breakfast time:

  3. Mix greek yogurt into soaked muesli. Divide mixture among bowls top with pomegranate seeds and sliced almonds.
