- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- 1 lemon
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup olive oil

Prepare spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and return to the pot.

Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, combine basil, hemp seeds, 4 tbsp lemon juice, garlic, pepper and salt. Drizzle in olive oil and scoop the avocado into the mixture; process until creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.
