- 2 zucchinis

Step 1
Grate zucchini on the large holes of a box grater.

In a medium saucepan, bring milk and 1 cup water to a boil.

Once liquid has come to a boil, stir in rolled oats and a pinch of salt. Mix to combine.

Add grated zucchini, cinnamon, maple syrup, protein powder and vanilla. Stir well and cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until oats are creamy and liquid is absorbed.
