Ingredients
- 2 pears
- ¼ cup almonds
- ¼ cup pecans
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Steps

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut pear in half lengthwise. Using an ice cream scoop or sturdy spoon, scoop out the core of the pear. Place pear cut-side up in a small baking dish.

In a food processor, combine almonds, pecans, dried cranberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut oil, and 6 tsp maple syrup. Process until finely chopped and combined.

Scoop the filling into the hollow of the pear. Drizzle with remaining 6 tsp maple syrup and bake 10 to 12 minutes, until warm throughout.
