Chocolate-dipped orange slices
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 4 oranges
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds, shelled
Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper.
Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 30-second increments, stirring after each time, until fully melted.
Meanwhile, peel and segment orange. Lightly crush or chop sunflower seeds. Dip each orange segment halfway in melted chocolate. Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and sea salt if desired.
Chill chocolate-dipped orange segments in the refrigerator until cold and set, about 10 minutes. Enjoy, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
