Buffalo cauliflower with ranch dip

  • 4 sprays cooking spray
  • 4 ¾ cups cauliflower
  • 2 ½ tsp butter
  • 1 ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ cup hot sauce
  • ½ cup ranch


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

  2. Cut cauliflower into florets and set aside. In a small dish, melt butter in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until liquid.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix together garlic powder, butter, hot sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Add cauliflower and toss until well coated.

  4. Transfer cauliflower to a baking sheet and bake 15 minutes, until cauliflower is just starting to brown.

  5. Serve hot, with ranch dressing on the side to dip.
