Buffalo cauliflower with ranch dip
- 4 sprays cooking spray
- 4 ¾ cups cauliflower
- 2 ½ tsp butter
- 1 ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ cup hot sauce
- ½ cup ranch
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
Cut cauliflower into florets and set aside. In a small dish, melt butter in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until liquid.
In a medium bowl, mix together garlic powder, butter, hot sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Add cauliflower and toss until well coated.
Transfer cauliflower to a baking sheet and bake 15 minutes, until cauliflower is just starting to brown.
Serve hot, with ranch dressing on the side to dip.
