Creamy banana protein milkshake

  • 4 bananas
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 1 lb tofu (extra-firm)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon


  1. The night before:

    Slice banana into rounds and place in an airtight container. Freeze overnight.

  2. When ready to eat:

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
