Creamy banana protein milkshake

  • 4 bananas
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 1 lb tofu (extra-firm)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon


    The night before:

  1. Slice banana into rounds and place in an airtight container. Freeze overnight.
