Crispy bacon-wrapped avocado slices
- 2 ½ tbsp brown sugar
- ¾ tsp chili powder
- 2 avocados
- 12 bacon strips
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine brown sugar and chili powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Scoop out of peel and cut each half into 3 wedges.
Wrap each avocado slice from top to bottom with a slice of bacon. Roll in brown sugar mixture.
Arrange avocado slices on a baking sheet. Bake until bacon is crispy, about 10 minutes.
