Crispy bacon-wrapped avocado slices

  • 2 ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • ¾ tsp chili powder
  • 2 avocados
  • 12 bacon strips


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine brown sugar and chili powder in a small bowl. Set aside.

  2. Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Scoop out of peel and cut each half into 3 wedges.

  3. Wrap each avocado slice from top to bottom with a slice of bacon. Roll in brown sugar mixture.

  4. Arrange avocado slices on a baking sheet. Bake until bacon is crispy, about 10 minutes.
