Sugar-free chocolate shakes

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 pitted dates
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 cups milk


  1. Peel and chop banana into pieces. Place in a blender with cocoa powder, dates, almond butter and milk. Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding more milk if too thick. Pour into glasses and serve.
