Avocado superfood breakfast toast

  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds


  1. Toast bread. Cut avocado in half and remove the flesh with a large spoon.

  2. Mash avocado on top of toast. Top with pomegranate seeds and hemp seeds and a good sprinkle of salt and pepper. Serve.
