Ingredients
- 8 slices whole grain bread
- 2 avocados
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- ⅓ cup hemp seeds
Steps

Toast bread. Cut avocado in half and remove the flesh with a large spoon.

Mash avocado on top of toast. Top with pomegranate seeds and hemp seeds and a good sprinkle of salt and pepper. Serve.
