Ingredients
- ½ napa cabbage
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 2 avocados
- 1 ½ tbsp dill
- 1 lemon
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¾ tsp red pepper flakes
Steps

Core and thinly slice napa cabbage. Add to a salad bowl along with mixed greens and cherry tomatoes.

Thinly slice cucumber. Remove top and seeds from yellow bell pepper; thinly slice. Peel and dice avocado. Combine all together in the bowl.

Coarsely chop dill. De-seed and juice lemon.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic, red pepper flakes, dill and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Toss dressing with salad and enjoy!
