Spicy salmon and cucumber sandwiches

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 lb canned salmon
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 ½ tbsp chives
  • 2 cucumbers


  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, smoked paprika, and hot sauce. Stir to combine.

  2. Add salmon to the bowl, breaking up into flakes with a fork.

  3. Mince shallot and chives. Add to the bowl. Stir to combine, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Cut cucumber into rounds. Divide salmon mixture on top. Enjoy!
