Spicy salmon and cucumber sandwiches
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 lb canned salmon
- 2 shallots
- 1 ½ tbsp chives
- 2 cucumbers
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, smoked paprika, and hot sauce. Stir to combine.
Add salmon to the bowl, breaking up into flakes with a fork.
Mince shallot and chives. Add to the bowl. Stir to combine, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut cucumber into rounds. Divide salmon mixture on top. Enjoy!
