- 1 lb canned salmon
- 2 shallots
- 1 ½ tbsp fresh chives
- 2 cucumbers

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, smoked paprika, and hot sauce. Stir to combine.

Add salmon to the bowl, breaking up into flakes with a fork.
