Superfood kefir bowls with blueberries and coconut

Makes: four servings

  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds, shelled
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • 4 cups kefir
  • 1 ⅓ cups blueberries


  1. Slice banana. If desired, toast sunflower seeds and coconut flakes in a dry pan over medium heat, about 3 minutes until golden.

  2. Pour kefir into a bowl and top with sliced blueberries, banana, coconut flakes and sunflower seeds.
