Superfood kefir bowls with blueberries and coconut

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds, shelled
- ½ cup coconut flakes
- 4 cups kefir
- 1 ⅓ cups blueberries

Slice banana. If desired, toast sunflower seeds and coconut flakes in a dry pan over medium heat, about 3 minutes until golden.

Pour kefir into a bowl and top with sliced blueberries, banana, coconut flakes and sunflower seeds.
