Ingredients
- 1 lb grilled chicken breast
- 2 avocados
- 1 mango
- ½ red onion
- 1 butter lettuce head
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Steps

Cut chicken, avocado and mango into medium (1/2 inch) dice. Thinly slice red onion. Chop butter lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Combine chicken, avocado, mango, red onion and butter lettuce in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and apple cider vinegar and toss until evenly coated.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
