Makes: four servings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp
- 4 sticks celery
- 1 cucumber
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ lime
- 2 tsp seafood seasoning
- 2 ½ tsp dill
Steps

Add 2 cups of water to a pot and place over medium-high heat with a steamer insert. Add shrimp, cover tightly and steam until shrimp are firm and opaque, 6 to 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Meanwhile, thinly slice celery. Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and thinly slice.

In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, 6 tsp lime juice, seafood seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine, then add shrimp, celery and cucumber and toss until evenly coated.

Garnish with dill to serve.
