- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- ¼ tsp salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Toss pumpkin seeds in a mixing bowl with olive oil, turmeric, cayenne and salt Spread on a baking sheet.

Bake 10 minutes, then stir and bake 5 minutes more, watching to prevent burning.
