Avocado and smoked salmon lettuce wraps
- 2 avocados
- 3 ½ tbsp dill
- 1 lemon
- 1 butter lettuce head
- 12 oz smoked salmon
Cut avocado in half; remove the pit and scoop out flesh with a large spoon. Dice avocado. Chop dill. De-seed lemon and cut into 2 wedges per person.
Place butter lettuce leaves on a plate. Top with sliced avocado, smoked salmon and dill. Squeeze 1 wedge of lemon over the top.
Fold edges of butter lettuce and enjoy with the remaining lemon wedge if desired.
