Avocado and smoked salmon lettuce wraps

  • 2 avocados
  • 3 ½ tbsp dill
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 butter lettuce head
  • 12 oz smoked salmon


  1. Cut avocado in half; remove the pit and scoop out flesh with a large spoon. Dice avocado. Chop dill. De-seed lemon and cut into 2 wedges per person.

  2. Place butter lettuce leaves on a plate. Top with sliced avocado, smoked salmon and dill. Squeeze 1 wedge of lemon over the top.

  3. Fold edges of butter lettuce and enjoy with the remaining lemon wedge if desired.
