Pineapple kale smoothie bowl with chia seeds and coconut

Ingredients

  • 4 cups kale
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 cups coconut water
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup coconut flakes

Steps

  1. Remove large ribs from kale and tear into 3-inch pieces.

  2. Combine kale , banana , pineapple , lemon and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth. (Add water if needed to reach desired consistency.)

  3. Pour into bowl and sprinkle with chia seeds and coconut flakes .
