Pineapple kale smoothie bowl with chia seeds and coconut
- 4 cups kale
- 4 bananas
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 lemon
- 3 cups coconut water
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ⅓ cup coconut flakes
Remove large ribs from kale and tear into 3-inch pieces.
Combine kale, banana, pineapple, lemon and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth. (Add water if needed to reach desired consistency.)
Pour into bowl and sprinkle with chia seeds and coconut flakes.
