Apple, honey and thyme goat cheese toast

  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 4 apples
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • ½ cup goat cheese
  • 2 ½ tbsp honey


  1. Toast bread. While it toasts, core the apple and slice thinly (no need to peel). Pick thyme leaves from stems.

  2. Spread each slice of toast with goat cheese. Drizzle with honey. Top with half the apple slices. Sprinkle with a touch of salt and fresh thyme.

  3. Enjoy with remaining apple slices on the side.
